It's ok, I hate that I HAVE to use an app/computer. There is no "physical book" option. This makes it hard for me, as I'm easily distracted due to notifications and internet. As of right now, I can't review it without having to log in or being kicked out after listening/reading the e-book for about 45 minutes. I have to be reauthenticed, this is annoying when trying to listen to it while driving or working out. I can't keep the app active, so I have to change display or auto lock.

This app is easy to read and still has the annoying problem of swiping to another page and flips clear to the otherside of the book. The highlighting function works but then again it doesn't. It can highlight small words and then it will jump to the top of the screen like someone who has just seen a rat and jumped on the tabletop to get away. That is how this feels working with this app. Lots of money went into this "product" that works more like a weekend project. Fire and forget mentality.

I really like this format for studying as it means I can study anywhere. I like the voice dictation feature but would like a more modern, AI voice that sounds more natural. Also, the bottom of each page has difficulty being viewed when the menu is open - it should have a dynamic page height.

CompTIA website reader doesn't allow mobile use, directing to this reader app. Problem is, currently, there is no way to activate a key on this reader, so I need to use the website. As a tool to assist future and aspiring IT professionals, this is certainly teaching what not to do, and is a, though tame, trail by fire for troubleshooting.

Every since they forced everyone onto their new SSO update, the app has stopped working on my mobile devices. Each time you tried to login, it sends you back to the online login portal and it keeps looping back. There is no way to login to your reading material on the app. You have to use your desktop in the meantime. We paid a lot of money for their products and this is what we get. It's been almost a month and still no solution. What is going on over there????

So many problems. Trouble login in, search function gives you thousands of results instead of narrowing it down, sensitive if you put your finger on a blue word (it immediately takes you to the glossary making it frustrating to swipe to next page), doesnt let you highlight anything... its just horrible.

Can't activate ebook from the app. Have to activate from website and sync. No problem syncing, but I Can barely read the text. Zooming in and flipping pages causes the app to jump to different chapters for some reason? After 3 or 4 pages it got old. Needs some better mobile friendly formatting options.

The log in issues are solved, and the app functions well now. It synchronizes across devices and platforms and keeps track of your notes, highlights, and where you left off. It does require you to download the material, but I'd probably be doing that anyways to study offline.
