Con Edison furnishes many tools, in an aesthetically clean and considerately organized manner, all in one mobile application. Equipped with methods to review an assigned account's assessed retrospective, anticipated and current usage. Similar options are available for bill payment history (including time of day, retrospective and metered breakdowns). My mom had accurately remarked electricitity is an invaluable resource. Con Ed's app offers guidance in perceiving and navigating aspects of usage.

Straight forward and simple to use. When paying with a bank account though, for some reason, after a day the app appears with a balance still due until it actually clears from your bank account. This is despite a confirmation E-mail having been sent for payment. This is misleading and I am aware it can take a few days to clear from my bank account, but the app should not show a balance due if a payment was made. Double paying is not fun. This is the only reason why im giving 4 stars.

The whole reason why I downloaded the app was to be able to send in meter readings quick and easy, but if you have an older meter it is NOT! Customers must manually enter the meter numbers instead of uploading a picture of the meter which ConEd allows one to do by email. Just allow customers the ability to upload a photo directly from the app. Not that hard folks...

Very easy to use, good interface. Paying bills is a breeze. Supports multiple accounts for the same customer. Good job! Updated: Oct 25 update broke push notifications. User is receiving multiple the "bill is ready" and "thank you for your payment" notifications multiple times per day for many days long after the bill has been paid. This is very annoying and needs to be fixed.

No nonsense, straightforward UI makes taking care of bills very easy. Plus I like the ease of tracking the usage in the household and I love the fact that they give you notifications about any outages and how factors can affect your usage. I prefer using the app over taking care of things the old-fashioned way. Keep up the great work !! 👍🏻

For the most part the app works fine but not today.! Thirty (30) Minutes trying to log in on the app with multiple devices and even tried using browsers. Unistalled/Reinstalled 2x's and nada; then received notification to properly log out yet I never logged in. Eventually it started to function as a major monopoly company app and stopped the freezing hiccups like some low budget app.

I found Con Edison's app to be userfriendly and simple to navigate. Simplicity seems to be in the mind of the designer of the app, and it certainly paid off. I consider the app to be intuitive and well thoughtout. I enjoy the process of paying my bill, and get price shocked by my high energy bill in a simple to use way.

Never works right. It's even worse than the website. On the website at least you can log into ONE account. If you want to log into the other you have to wait 24 hours f knows why. This, well this just shows errors or simply doesn't do anything at all.
