This app causes my Device care app to show the message "Some apps or processes are overloading the system (CPU) and need to be closed." When I click on the error, this app is listed along with its CPU usage. I received a system message stating the system was overloaded and an app needed to be closed. It was this app. I've never received that system message for any other app. I haven't used it for travel yet.

Bike route options are ridiculous, worse than Google Maps. I like the comfort rating (read: safety) of different bike routes but why not suggest the safest options like White Oak/Buffalo Bayou Bike trails to get downtown? You can get from Stude Park to City Hall all by bike trails but this is not an option in the app. Developer says safest routes provided but not true. Search slow. "Balanced" Driving routes consistently provide faster ETA's than "Shortest Time" driving routes.

I ride my bicycle over 60 miles per week. You do not need a car in Houston. I enjoy the therapeutic stress-relieving exercise I receive when bicycling the 6 miles to and from work (over 6 years doing this rain or shine, hot or cold) and to and from Church. I am in the wholesale auto auction business and we sell an average of 2,500 vehicles from and to licensed dealers only. We do not sell directly to the general public in the Houston market. I'm preferring this over Metro's app for buying bus/rail tickets. Easier to navigate and it rewards points for cheaper passes.

I am new to Houston. The parking feature either before starting the trip or nearby the destination is the life saver particularly going to events around downtown. The travel time and routes are as good as other nav apps. Also can carpool and buy METRO electronic transit tickets directly from the app. Love to see the TranStar cameras too!

On my most recent visit to Houston I used the app to navigate to my hotel downtown. While there, I pretty much left my car in the garage and used the walking and transit options with no problems at all. It was very seamless going between the modes. I can tell this is made for Houston – I recommend this app!

Amazing all in one app. My main issue is the transit pathfinding. I noticed the bus stops the app chooses requires you to walk to a bus stop further up the line instead of the nearest bus stop. This adds an unnecessary increase to total travel time.

Can't even get registered. No code is coming in so I hit resend and that one comes in after a minute and the app says it is incorrect or expired. Was installed for less than 10 minutes. Waste of money.
