I got there about 12:15 and literally did not get out of there until 4:38 and there were people just showing up getting and they were getting loaded before me. Wouldn't have been so bad at the first loader were actually came back, but he never did. It took me getting yelled at to the second loader because I wasn't standing next to my vehicle, but to that loader, thank you so much, and it's the only reason while i'm giving you them five stars. he loaded a white tow truck for randy stepp

I like the older looking version personally it was easier to navigate.. I could see assigned , acknowledge, in progress, in transit, completed , work request and yard to yard all on one screen and just click on it. but now it's so many different buttons all over the place I have to swipe, swipe, swipe. Please change it back 😭

Chatham location in and out of the office with in 10 minutes loader brings vehicle right to the trailer unlike some other auctions where you could be walking around (ACRES) looking for the vehicle. VERY PLEASED

App consistantly locks up and will not let you finish logging in a vehicle. With poor reception, app will not give you any information. Vehicle, vin, address, and phone number should be available once you accept the order, whether you have phone service or not. New update erases saved information. When you close your phone, app reverts back to home screen, and loses all information. Now you have to ok each photo after you take it. Doubled the amount of time to check in a vehicle. TERRIBLE

Can't use unless update every time! And it has a new update every single time I open it! Update! Nothing changed and it's actually slower and worse now! New update every day?

it's been pretty bad in the past but so far is gotten much better than it used to be, I just wish they could pay more to make it fair and better but I guess it is what it is. Not the best place to work for but not the worse one either. MCGA🪝🔗⛓️🇺🇸💪🏻🙏🏻
The Wisdom
This is one of the stupidest apps that I've had to use over the years...It glitches, freezes, loads slow and it doesnt have enough of a tower friendly setup. For example the dispatcher has full control from her computer to talk etc. But we have to type back in order to communicate back smh...there also needs to be a way that the tower can print out the pick-up order form from there end instead of having the dispatcher email them to us to print it out, this is just absolutely horrible.

Garbage app, the uset interface is ABSOLUTELY NOT intuitive. It is indirect and lacks flow. The language it uses is not congruent with the scope of use it is in. Lot number/Buyer number, it must me clear where these are to be entered. It is damn near impossible to log in and get to business. Slow, sluggish user interface. Bear in mind I have been computer literate since I was a pre-teen. The app is garbage!
