About 2/3 of the items in-coupon are NEVER available at my store, or you must buy multiple items for the coupon to work. And when a deal pops up in my app, it surprisingly disappears on the shelf the day the coupon is available. This isn't I-waited-til-the-last-minute scenario; shelves are stocked with product, but with lesser quantities so you can't use a coupon. Their search engine doesn't know what Claritin is. Also, why can't the coupons match my preferred store?

If you load/click on too many coupons in the app it won't take ANY coupons off at checkout. How many is too many? 10, I had 10 coupons/discounts checked in the app and at checkout it didn't give me my discount. Had to wait at custy service forever for someone to assist me with receiving my discounts.

The app is in need of major updates and reworks. It doesn't display any items nor its stock availability, making shopping ahead impossible. Its only benefit is for using coupons in-store at checkout.

Was using the app faithfully and now it has completed an update and I can't get into my account lost all of the point I received towards the 400 dollars of purchases to get the 5 dollars off... o had made this my store of choice and I visit daily for the salad bar if it's not repaired I will go to another store NOT SATISFIED AT ALL...

It will only install on my wife's previous phone & she has a different account than what I'm signed in on. What's the deal? Talk about being screwed up. Is the app as messed up & u NM reliable as your download & install process??
