This new update is worse. Sometimes doesn't open or taking a long time to open. While going on the link"report problem", that link is also not opening . Each page is very very slow when opening always testing the patience . Every time app has to be logged out then logged in to work.

Recent update issue.App is not compatible in some Android 10 and unable to install it.But it is working in old Android 6. not only in my phone ,app has installation issue with many other phone model.Kindly solve this problem and make it compatible for all phone.

Nothing is right, sometimes the app doesn't open and this happens several times a day. Sometimes the font size keeps changing. If you open it once, the font is smaller and if you open it a second time, it is larger. And only one month's data can be seen, at least the data of last 3-4 months should be visible. Very poor app maintenance. Please look at the problems.

Still showing Designation Guard instead of Train Manager.It has been two years since the designation was changed from GUARD to TRAIN MANAGER but it has not been updated yet. There should be an option to adjust the timing for charge take over made over in the CMS app.

In working details section, it makes no sence to show the further monthly/fortnightly slots that the crew has not yet worked. There should be previous slots to show that crew has already worked. It must be changed as early as possible.

New update is very poor performance, Crew status not open. While open crew status , page close itself. Very poor experience, please remove this update and allow for old version.

I am experiencing lot of difficulties in opening app, location etc. Today sms is not coming in prescribed period. SMS coming after 2Hrs. I feel this SMS security should be removed. It should be easy to use.
