it has worked great for years, syncing my passwords across devices. In the last few months, I have noticed issues syncing between my laptop & phone. This may be a 'me' problem - I haven't had time to investigate. Overall, this is the best password keeper and generator I have found.

I used to love this app because I had unlimited passwords with the free version on one item. Now in order to have all my passwords covered I have to pay an annual subscription of $60 and get features that I don't even need or want. For the free version just let it store the information locally on the device and allow unlimited passwords. You've essentially ruined the app by limiting the number of passwords in the free version. Since my subscription has run out I can't even utilize this app

I have been using Dashlane for a while now and really like it. I just noticed within the last few updates that the option to sync saved passwords between online and multiple devices was moved to the Premium subscription. I am not happy about that and over the next few months will be looking to possibly switch to a different password manager. Just noticed that Dashlane on the web can still sync passwords. Unfair to remove that function from the app. Edit: I am now using Proton Pass.

Getting worse. Does not recognize official apps on my latest Google Pixel (9PL). Random logouts, pops up the "We don't recognize this app/service/website" even on official Instagram, FB etc apps and the sites that used to be supported. Passwords won't sync properly between devices (Windows, iOS and Android) either I get duplicates or the credentials disappear. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and this issue remains.

I used to love this app. But I just now got a pixel 9 pro fold snd dashlane makes me put in my password every single time. I have biometric turned on like I did in my last pixel phone. Biometric on my mobile device does not seem to work on this new phone. Very disappointed, time consuming and frustrating. I also tried to set up the pin to make it quicker and that doesn't appear to work on this device.

Does not work on pixel 9. Every time you try and copy or auto fill login info it logs you out and requires the master password to log back in. But it's an infinite loop that never lets you actually get the data. If copying, it lets you copy one thing before it logs you out but with auto fill it just infinitly logs you out.

A good password manager overall but the Android implementation is frustrating to use. About 50% of the time the auto fill does not work, requiring me to manually launch the app to get it to work or I'll have to just manually search for the secret and copy the password. Constant prompts to enter my master password is also annoying. Would really love for them to figure out the auto fill issue, it's been a problem for years.

Works well, bad business practices, though! I've been using this app for a few years and overall I find it useful and love the auto full feature. A few months ago they removed some of the features of the free plan which was annoying, but not enough to justify calling them out for it. Now they are completely switching to a subscription service if you want any true functionality. We don't want anymore subscription services! Terrible. Annoying. Thumbs down.
