Usually needs to be connected to WiFi to work properly, awful when you have run out of data. Today before I log in, it says it's out of date and to confirm to update. So I update by pressing confirm, nothing happens. I tried your typical stuff like turning on and off the wifi, closing the app, I even uninstalled it and i get the same thing. Last time I used it was yesterday afternoon and it was working. Update1/2021: add a feature where it updates itself.

Absolutely horrible!! I'm unable to use any features after I'm clocked in, if I accidentally forget to clock in, my employer has to change it. I'm then told I will get "flagged" if it happens too often. My previous jobs app would let me clock-in and out anytime during my shift. I understand that there might be a few people who try to take advantage of this, but if that were the case, the employer would spot it immediately. Very frustrating.

This is the worst app I have ever had to use. I have downloaded this app to multiple phones, and it either crashes, freezes my phone, or does nothing but sit on a white a screen. However, it is expected of me to use this app to clock in and out in order to receive pay for the work I have done! Terrible!!!!!!! I cannot even get into the app!!!!!

Too many glitches, spins continuously, Shuts down in the middle of trying to clock in /out which causes you to be late. I'm now trying to do the update it says I need, but it keeps toggling between the app and ay store! For the love of all that's holy...fix this freaking app! People have to use it for work!!! I took a star for frustration!!!

As far as iser experience, it is pretty easy and fluid to use. One giant complaint would be that once you are clocked in, you are unable to do ANYTHING on the app until you clock out. There have been times that I have wanted to check my information, or see how many hours I've worked, or double-check my clock-in time, but you are just stuck on the 'Clock Out' page for the entire duration of your shift. Annoying.

This app is always crashing, I literally just updated it and it keeps telling me it's out of date, and it won't let me sign in. I've even Uninstalled and reinstalled it, with the same outdated message. This makes it hard to do my job and my employer thinks I'm not trying to punch in correctly. These "bugs" you keep "fixing" just make it worse.

One of the buggiest, worthless apps I've ever seen or used. Extremely inefficient, u have to confirm every step. STUPID! App has a "Remember Me" box, but does not. In neither android nor iPhone. It does remember the password for the iPhone, in predictive text, but not on my android. STUPID! App is slow, unresponsive & fails quite often App should be eliminated and the developers need to be re-evaluated for engineering competency To put it nicely, this App is a pain in the butt & is aggravating

Glitches, slow and doesn't work right half the time. I enter my password that was assigned and can't log in, get locked out, they unlock it and suddenly the exact same password works. Can't open my pay stub because it "need to allow access to photos" but no where does it say "photos" and I've given the app full access and still can't see or download my pay stub. Very frustrating.
