As someone who works with both UberEATS and this app, Doordash can be better. Firstly, I wish there were a way to notify a customer if there's been an issue with making their order (out of stock menu item, delayed) instead of replacing it as the only options with something else they didn't even order and/or costs more. Secondly, when a menu item is marked as unavailable it takes a LONG time to go into affect and customers can still order said unavailable item. It's annoying, do better 👎

Doordash is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. 38 calls, 12 e-mails, 1 week of service being down, and no one can help. I keep getting sent in circles because apparently it's impossible for their support team to get a hold of anyone who can help. They just send you an e-mail saying they'll reach out, and then never do. If you're a business, beware, this company is the worst I've ever dealt with.

It only says updated order manager when I try to load it. We haven't had a single order since this ridiculous update.

I work in a restaurant and we all hate this app! At first it worked fine. Since it quietly updated weeks ago, it changed. Before it rings once when an order comes, the ringtone was annoying like all other food delivery companies, understandable. But after, whenever something happens, it rings! Driver accepted an order, it rings; driver arrives, it rings. For one single order, it rings 4 times! Sure it does have the option to turn it off, but it quietly turns it back ON! Please fix it!

This device is stupid. Can not change open hours and when trying to contact through support chat if you do not reply within 30 seconds they close the chat. The phones aren't working so have left me no other option then to try through chat support 6 times. They have slightly fixed the issue if it does not work i will be going further. For an app that is meant to be like ubereats they could have made it easier to use.

6/2/22 Update: I managed to get the app working (finally). It's a decent app for what it's worth and pretty easy to use for the most part. However it's still prone to having bugs and issues such as poor connectivity. Also a CRUCIAL feature to have would be the option to get notifications outside of the app so you can be informed about new orders if you're using a phone instead of a tablet. 6.5/10 Needs work

The smaller, thinner, lighter color font in the new update is horrible to try to read while inputting orders. We still have orders that come through when we are paused which creates a huge issue when we are busy. We miss the short lived option to turn off orders for the rest of the night when our small restaurant is getting slammed and can't handle extra take out orders. The pause for 60 minutes max option is problematic when we are that busy.

Didn't work properly. It keep saying the device is not connected to internet. Every 5 to 10 mins will send email alert said the device is offline. Can't recieve any orders. Contact doordash for tech support about this issue over 2 months still no go. Their reaponse is because you are using your own devices. We can't help you. What is the point to put it up at google play store if only works on their own device. Extremely disappointed. I just gave up with this garbage. Terrible customer service.
