App randomly stops assigning deliveries in ideal condition while showing the same screen. app does not show any errors and only starts working and when I restart my phone. but that doesn't work always either. I had a really bad experience when just waiting for orders and I was continuously staring at the screen for over an hour doing nothing while other delivery drivers were receiving orders and taking them in front of my eyes.

One of the worst delivery application. Its always slow when you compare it with doordash and uber. Also, the customer care is not as resposnsive and easy to reach out to when compared with other two but the earnings per km is better than others. Thats the only reason drivers are using skip. Today, I ran into a strange problem. I received an order from restauraunt but wasn't able to accept it because there is not buttton to accept the order. Afterbreinstalling thebapp, the app is not turning on.

App just updated today and I see no improvement. In fact, there's a slight "glitch" with it now. Whenever I'm on shift and each time I re-open the app, it looks like I'm about to get an order (what the screen looks like in between the "matching you to orders" screen and an order being displayed). App needs fixing!!

I use to love doing alcohol orders but since they introduced this new "Enter" customers birthday. It's gotten so annoying that I completely stopped accepting these alcohol offers. The customer can literally put any date at the checkout and if they don't remember it when you're handing over the order. The system will screw you over cause they'll make you go back all the way to return it and they'll pay you less than the change someone gives a homeless person. other apps have a scan option.

Won't even let me sign up. It keeps going to the bags screen and when I select that I already have bags it glitches out. Won't let me past the bag part. I paid for a criminal record check and the app won't even let me sign up. The Door dash app works great tho. I suggest that one instead.

How do you keep making the app worse!? The GPS is tremendously slow... The app will threaten to reassign orders - sometimes instantaneously after accepting - if it thinks you're not moving towards the restaurant. The app also seems to put a soft cap on you earnings at around $20 per hour, out of some sort of "fairness". How is it fair that a confident driver that knows the city and its roads earns the same amount as someone that doesn't.

The recent updates have made this app almost impossible to use. It keeps crashing, shifts go missing, notifications stop coming, etc. And now if you take too long on the way to the restaurant due to traffic or bad weather they unmatch you. So basically they want you to risk your life while driving for them.

When you have a good rating is good but this app always wants to test you which is unprofessional from this platform. Change your notification immediately! One ding is not enough, to be fair do you want us to do your delivery or not! Your not protecting our rating that we are not missing orders. You need to change this apps notification immediately to something that rings consistently all the other apps do other than this one. How am I suppose to accept an order when I dont hear it all the time!
