This is so awesome that you guys would go out of your way creating these how to videos. I've been working on my stuff all my life but sometimes you hot a hick up and it's nice to always being able to learn or pick up on a short cut. But had a few minutes so just wanted to say thank you for the extra help. Oh if you could help me out or point me in the right direction to a repotable parts house in gonna need a Rack and Pinion for my 2008 Buick Lucerne CX 3.8 V6. Thanks.

I love the company, but the app not so much. It won't link my account... actually it doesn't give me the opportunity to sign in, so I can't track my purchases from one location. I have to go to the web browser and do a track order. HECK THE ORDER DOESN'T EVEN SHOW ON MY ACCOUNT VIA THE WEB BROWSER. I know you guys are trying. I appreciate the fact that you are updating, but maybe getting with a developer or programmer who understands the needs of a consumer would be beneficial.

If you're more of an advanced user, don't bother. There's no search bar to get specific answers, you'll have to wade through their sorting system to get answers a simple search bar would have fixed... Same with parts. Frustrating and not worth the time.

Buick disappears after 2017. Also missing model's. If you are going to have an app to diagnose vehicle repair at least have a complete list of vehicles to choose from even if you have made a repair algorithm for that model.

Thanks for fast reply. Yes I did the blue button. Added 3 vehicles. None are saved. In the hamburger menu, check order just takes you to website to login. So a login within app would shortcut that. Today I now see 1 of 3 vehicles saved. So must just take so time, could be my phone. Thnx

It's alright if you're a very novice diy mech. It's kind of like asking a mechanic to diagnose something over the phone though... Biggest issue is the information they offer for codes and diagnostic possibilities is very limited and just gives you links to their videos. They could at least have a better obd code reference page. Might help point you in the right direction for small jobs, probably useless for more involved projects. Just Google it.

I just purchased a turn signal part that will fix the restore light blinker. No one could tell me if I 0rdered the right part. Normally I raise the signal lever, make my turn, then the signal restores back to the original position. My blinker stays on until I restore the lever manually. I hope I didn't buy the wrong part.

I love A1 Auto. I was just hoping to be able to order parts from the app too. It does have a convenient parts that takes you to the website, but would love if this was all in app functionality.
