The app is certainly lacking. You can't zoom in on the claim statements, nor can you screenshot it to zoom in on the photo of the screen. I literally had to use a magnifying glass to read it on my phone like it's 1932. Not being able to screenshot also makes it difficult to prove to my providers that you have sent their payment. Calling customer service only increases frustration. I am yet to get a representative that does not have a very strong accent, making them very difficult to understand.

The app has some good features such as easy screen navigation and quick access. However, if you switch to another app, like to check your emails, it kicks you out. You have to sign back in again. Plus if you want to review a file you just uploaded, it also kicks you out.

Absolutely terrible, I'd give -0 stars if I could. Not intuitive at all, difficult to move through and for those with vision problems IMPOSSIBLE to read messages, they cannot be enlarged and there is no place to increase font size. Awful all the way around.

This app sucks. Only emails and what if we don't check emails often? Why they don't fix the cell/text notifications. For most of us works better than be reading bunch of mix mail and junk mail. Fix this app to better serve the costumers.

I got thru set up, but I haven't been able to log in even once. The app just constantly crashes. Would love to give it zero stars, it's worthless. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, with no change. There isn't an update available.

The convenience of seeing your medical payment history and to have it available on record to view without the hassle of having to make phone calls for the information is great. I also like the convenience of having my claim checks directly deposited.

This is easily one of the worst apps I've ever used. Why are these HSA companies always so parasitic and useless? This app has very long loading screens and frequently logs you out for no reason, and in general is incredibly sluggish with typical load or response times on the order of 10 to 20 seconds. This on top of the actual HSA itself being hyper expensive, offering laughably low interest rates, having an absurd and made up "investment management" fee, and the list goes on. How pathetic.

I already created an account on a browser, but it won't let me log in on the app. When I try to use the input my email on the "forgot user ID" function, it says "no participant user accounts found," which is ridiculous because, again, I have already created an account!!!
