I've had the dimo app and account since pretty much inception. Now with his big new update it gives me an error on passkey support. App states my phone does not support passkey and won't let me log into my account via Google account. I have a OnePlus 10t phone and my phone does support passkey. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app but it still gives me the same error, tried to get help on their discord but that was fruitless, and there's no way to get in touch with admin on the dimo site.

I open the app and it tells me there's a new update, then in Google Play it says it's no longer compatible with my device. I have a brand new OnePlus 12 running Android 15, I don't see how I could be no longer compatible. Any device update I need to apply takes multiple attempts and installing the device probably took 10 tries due to multiple failures in each step. The rewards are great but it has been a terrible user experience for the base functionality.

Been having numerous issues and received no response from Dimo customer support for weeks. I paired (binded) my AutoPi with my Vehicle and the connection is showing as active, yet I'm unable to see my car milage or any other data. It also is not tracking miles driven, and the ID, HW, and SW data listed for my AutoPi under connections show as 'Unknown'. Update: recent update now recognizes my AutoPi info, but milage or any car specs are being displayed. Miles drive are not counted and visable.

Initially this app worked great. I would occasionally get disconnects, but I'd get a notification and could remove and add my connection. I was able to work with their support to resolve an issue when it wasn't working. But the latest issue I've had has been going on for nearly two months, always with a notification to "reach out to support if the issue persists". Support is slow to respond, offers limited options that don't work, and then disappears for days or weeks at a time.

DIMO app broken since last update. The app no longer shows any data other than a battery voltage from over 2 months ago. Absolutely useless! I'm beginning to think this was a $300 mistake. Submit email to support and they don't assign you a case number. Whoever responded to me was useless.

was a good app...but... since last update it won't show data. it shows vehicle on map, but data won't load anymore. won't show weekly earnings, nothing. Went from a 5 star app,...to 3. soon to be 1, if rewards quit dropping in wallet. But, as of today, rewards arrived. We will see.....

Looks cool but I immediately found a bug. 2022 model Y Tesla, as soon as I open the charge portion of the app and scroll down, it crashes. Galaxy s23 ultra running on the latest software. Edit- I did a little digging and the crash happens when you touch the graph. If I slowly scroll down avoiding the graph the app does not crash.

Was a decent app, but since the D2 upgrade, it doesn't migrate my wallet. Useless right now. Edit: after attempting to migrate multiple times, the app finally worked.
