I've been a customer with Boost Mobile for almost 10 years now. They are by far the best phone carrier I've had. I can recall at least 2 occasions when I didn't have enough money to cover my 3 phone lines and they gave me credit to where I could pay my bill and keep all 3 lines. They have excellent customer service and coverage. I will never go back to those other carriers who over charge and don't work with you no matter how loyal of a customer you are. I totally recommend Boost Mobile!

Uh...hoping it's just a temporary glitch but keep having the same issue (even after restarting my phone, logging out of app etc...) out of nowhere now every time I try to access my earned & Boost coins from watching all those videos the app keeps 'booting me'. Yet, everything else on the app works fine. Rated this 5 stars & willing to revise it again but this is def. suspect. Hoping Boost isn't purposely disabling basically the only minimal incentive left to earn 'any' kind of rewards.

paid off existing phone, ordered new phone (8.32/month) plus boost infinite plan( 25.99/month) for a total of 34.31/ month. My monthly bill is now almost 70/ month. Do not do this thru app, it's very confusing. Unless I cancel my existing account, and have to get a new no#(not doing that) I'm stuck with paying 70.00/ month. Please make clear what is entailed in ordering from app. Not a happy customer

App is awful. Constantly freezing, loads some content halfway if it loads at all, and crashes constantly. I've been with Boost since it came to my area in 2008. It used to be a great experience, since Sprint took over it's been all downhill, T mobile made it worse, and since Dish acquired them, it's been a nightmare. I'm just about to the point where enough is enough.

My Boost Mobile has improved from 6 months ago. The cell service is great, and all of the customer representatives are super nice. I just wish I didnt have to contact them every month. My agreement was the $65 +taxes monthly plan. I set up autopay but every month the amount is $25 to $50 more. So now I have a account for only my Boost payment and only keep the amount my bill is supposed to be. Problem with this my payment isnt being accepted because not enough $. So I have to call

ive been with Boost 10 yrs, the past year or so has been alot of changes. The automated system sucks,he doesn't understand English well and constantly sending you to a live agent who then charge you for payingyourbill.! It's an outrage 😠! One day I was charged 8$! On top of that They're charging me 86 cents extra, which make it impossible to pay for my bill only have payment plans set at the dollar amount. So I end up paying more than my actual bill amount every month.

Hi i would really like to see more details about my payments. Because I was told on the phone when ordering the phones for your renewed service. I was told if I buy the phones outright which I did. Then there was free service for a year. It hasn't been one month free yet. It's been 3 months and you've charged every month. Please, please send to me the details. Period. I know I'm not mistaken.Because I asked today on the phone 3 or 4 times are you sure there's no payments for a year????????

Total scam. I signed up for a plan for two lines, with one half off for a year. I see the charge was full price and called customer service. They said the discount doesn't get applied until the day the bill is due (so can't pay early). But it didn't even work. They took autopayment with no discount. Prior to this, just getting my phone set up, they told me they couldn't set up service and wouldn't give refund or cancel account. Took over 6 hours, being repeatedly lied to get it setup
