While Djubo as a product has some good features, my experience with the support team has been extremely disappointing. Despite paying a premium for the entire package, we've encountered significant issues with responsiveness and resolution. Specifically: - Issues have been kept on hold for weeks without clear resolution or updates. - Multiple follow-ups have yielded little to no progress. - The support team's lack of urgency and attention to our concerns has been frustrating.

Djubo is the best channel manager for BIG property, small properties stay away.. They don't care small properties. Helpline number and support email id is showing on DJUBO DESHBOARD. But if you call the number for any assistance help line reply you please drop mail for concern. Didn't understand why the helpline number is their. After dropping mail it may takes a week or may be more. Great DJUBO keep it up......I am 5 years old subscriber SMALL property.
