As a life-long fan (life being the Jaguars existence) follow all the news, games, go when I can, support them NO MATTER WHAT, but yet the powers that be have still yet after all these years have the ability to make an app that works and that also is enjoyable. There is not ONE VIDEO on this app that will play longer then 6 seconds. There has always been an issue with video playback, since development. A lot going on this year, just can't watch cause videos don't play, Urban would say, "OWN IT"

APP is not letting me sell tickets going thru Manage Tickets Tab since last Update on Sept 14th, 2021 Did not have any problems using APP during entire 2020 season. & I Just Sold tickets for the home Preseason game! I tried deleting& downloading the NEW updated APP Again. I also tried Deleting the Cache & Data. It's letting me enter a price but when i click on Method of Payment, it doesn't do Anything....Please hurry...I going to lose freaking money on this! Damn This sucks! I have Samsung S10.

Home screen starts out with extremely long delay. Then crashes often. Hit or miss as to the ability to get to tour tickets, I use my home computer to bring them up then email them to me. This app leaves a bad taste in your mouth before you even enter the stadium. Fix or remove!

10/25/21: SAME ISSUE. 9/16/21 update: The app doesn't work smoothly when trying to sell tickets, etc. It sits on one screen and doesn't go all the way thru to completion. One thing after another on this app. Have more issues accessing my tickets than not. Been this way for months, sporadically. Ugh.

app has been horrible! it freezes and it doesnt show purchases. i was told to wait til monday since it was getting updated... & well here it is..MONDAY & its still the same as it was before!!... i purchased season tickets and theyre not even listed!

The outstanding writing and video production makes the Jaguars fan experience much more enjoyable at a distance. The new culture of the team promises to make it even better in the years to come. I have read that our media is head and shoulders above most, if not all, other nfl team's efforts.

app continues to crash even after pointless updates & the main home screen when you open the app is just a blank white page. i have to just press spaces to get something to open... what's the point of the app if i have to go online to the website every time?
