Continously tells me to enable notifications even though I have specifically chosen to disable them and keep them disabled, as i know when i need to use the app and don't want alerts on multiple devices. Nagware at its worst. Edit. Fair play they changed this during an update. Really good to see. App is now excellent.

Worst Authentication App I've ever been forced to use. It will crash on me 80% of the time my computer sends an Authentication request. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled twice and it keeps happening. If I use the standard SDO option, it will constantly get stuck at "Checking Integrity" and do nothing. SDO with Bluetooth works 90% or the time. And the backup password is the same as standard SDO, just with a password instead of a prompt.

Every time I use It defaults to finger print option which is disabled, there is no option in app or in Android app control to change that. So I get finger print pop up, I choose other method, then it pops up with finger print Popup and I again choose other method and then I choose pattern option then pattern page comes up Absolutely ridiculous and waste of time , I hope I am doing something wrong because my company which is a very big aerospace company is wasting alot of money otherwise

I hate the sound of this app. Also, if you disable notifications, it keeps bugging you to turn them back on. I hate that I have to use this piece of junk every day for work. From a security pov, what's worse is that it also shows your user id so anyone with your phone can now login to your account without issue, or needing to know a password, which is incredibly insecure.

App is real problematic lately. It has stopped playing sound to alert when the notification comes through, but even worse it is taking two or three times for me to click the login on my computer for a signal to get sent through to the app.

It is frustrating using the authenticator as it gives you mere seconds to place your finger on it to authenticate your identity. The time it gives most definitely needs to be extended. I don't use it unless it's my only option.

People really are down on the app because they don't want to use it. That has nothing to do with the app, that has to do with your company security policies and you NEED security policies. The app itself and the integrations it works with are very impressive and I would love to be able to use it outside of work. That said, it does inexplicably crash sometimes.

Stuck on "checking integrity..." forever Update: the developer quickly acted and resolved the issue. Appreciate your prompt response. Update Apr 29 2024: suddenly got error: 'Encryption error, please retry or contact your IT'
