While the app is very straight forward and easy to use, my service area of Tampa, FL is lacking in available vehicles. I understand peak hours around lunch but even before and after, waits are 40 minutes to over an hour. The service is on good if you know you're going to use it well in advance. Even still, you have to snipe the app for the ride times. 2 stars for over ease of ACTUALLY getting the ride when you need it.

it does not properly pace a drivers car once my ride is accepted. If uber, lyft, Waze, google maps & any other GPS related apps can follow the pace of a car then this should too. the wait time will go from 10mins to 2mins and leave me unprepared to walk out in time to meet the driver. It's a delay long enough for the driver to think I'm not coming. This NEEDS an option to call the driver! Plenty of times it's heavy traffic downtown & I want to call to meet the driver at a safer pick up location

The timing is all off (Ex. if I put in information for a ride the estimated time blinks 15 mins. then when i actually hit the request ride button now its at 73 mins.) There have been to many times when i request a ride and it shows 10 mins and then it keeps pushing the time back and im waiting 30 or 45 minutes for a ride!!!

I love this app more so recently with everything going on it helps me get to work BUT this huge error page has been popping up and when I click continue I can't see a map at all. It's extremely difficult and I don't even know if a driver is coming or not.

Mike is a nice man. Your app algothm is broken this year. Every time we have used it, it counts UP not down. Today it started at 5 mins then 6 mins the 5 mins then 7 mins then 6 mins then 5 mins then 6 mins. We know you are busy. Last year you were busy too. And the app rarely counted backwards. Plse roll back to last year's algorithm. We will use another Sevice in the mean time. And app email support - no send to We need the info below to identify your account. Please do not modify. ---

I visited Savannah a couple of weeks ago and was told about the Downtowner app by a couple that was visiting also. That was a game changer for me. This service was a God send.

Contacted a driver through the app 1 hour prior to our dinner reservation. Our driver, Norris got there in less than 30 minutes and we made our reservation minutes early. Norris was polite and knowledgeable and we were picked up timely at the end of the evening I would recommend anyone visiting Savannah to use the service.
