The myDPD app offers you a wide range of useful functions.● Access anywhere and at any time: register for an account and you will be able to check on the current status of your parcels at any time and from any location.
● Access to the informations of your parcels, on their way to you, track your parcel live and know down to the hour when your parcel will arrive at your doorstep
● Redirect your parcel, you decide when and where we deliver your shipment. If you aren't at home, we can, for example, hand your parcel to a neighbour, deposit it behind your garage, leave it for you to collect from a Pickup parcelshop, or deliver it to a different address or on a different day.
● It's easy to find parcelshops in your neighbourhood. The chatbot takes your current location or another address and uses the relevant criteria to filter the search.

Impossible to use. Selecting any country after an initial start of the app resulted in an error. However, I was later finally able to select my country, but then logging in still wasn't possible due to another error... I wanted to use the app for tracking packages since I no longer receive notifications from DPD for some reason and the tracking web page is also crashing quite often while the packages are being delivered very slowly (e.g. package still being in the departure city after 3 days).

This app not helpful to track down my package or to arrange another appointment when I'm not at home. I missed a package yesterday, and tracking link from sender said they dropped it at a pickup point close to my house. But arrived there, I couldn't get my package without pick up code email confirmation! I downloaded this app to make an acc. The only address option only Belgium country! Of course my actual address didn't correct, because I'm not living there! Why they make it so difficult??!!

DPD please, when pasting the ID to track remove all spaces. That was the reason the app kept infinite loading for me. Because there was a spca in the line I tried to copy. Buying opens the browser? Then why use an app in the first place? Just makes the experience more confusing.

not able to login, first it was due to a redirection to a login webpage that did not forward the login info back to the app and now its even worse and nothing at all happens after clicking on "i already have an account", tryied reninstalling no use 😔

Impossible to create an account. After filling in all details a verification email should be send. Only that email never arrives. Asking dozens of time to resend, no verification email. That is so for both the website on PC and the Android App. It simply does not work. Other emails from DPD do arrive in my mailbox. And customer service does not react to help solving the problem. They create a case number and that was it. You never hear anything after that. Beyond terrible!

Bad customer experience. I tried to change the delivery date (pretty standard thing for a delivery app, one would assume...), it didn't allow me to go through because of a bug (clicking button "Confirm" without action). It was impossible to get to the change date optio. next time when I tried.

The app is useful. Web based login does not work with Bitwarden password manager, which returns focus to the app instead.

Yes install our app to get more details on your package - no more details in here. In fact there's a package from Mai still "out for delivery" (it's July now) that has been completed long time ago but the status has not been updated in the app A tracking app is only as good as the data entered into it.
