Very buggy app. When logging by otp it sends user to fill sign up form again. Also it is not sending otp to Nepali phone number. There is no option to change password using email. Moreover, it should have option for automatic country code selection while using phone number. Overall very poor experience😡😡

I had registered for the 10 Day MBA when it was started. I had attended each session and passed all the assessment. But now when I am opening the apllication to answer the 10th Day Assessment,the course is not showing my previous assessment scores. Also I had given feedback against which I had got several courses for free but they are also not showing and now it's asking to pay for the courses which I had got for free. Kindly solve this issue

FRAUD!!! DO NOT BUY HIS COURSE. HE PROMISES TOO MUCH AND DELIVERS TOO LITTLE. I bought his courses in 2020-21 with exclusive Lifetime Access. This fraud promised that all the courses would be delivered and would never expire. In fact, he claimed that all Lifetime members would get access to newly added courses. But now, most of them have been removed from my purchase list. Their customer care team simply said I never bought Lifetime access. He preaches the Gita but practices fraud.

I joined IBC and became a lifetime member when it was launched under the IBC model, Company, committed to providing all upcoming new premium videos for free life time, but now, on application, it is showing to purchase. Tried connecting on chat, but no one turned up. Please clarify this.

I had bought Future Ready Students course with life time validity at that particular time but after the update of the app my courses just gone!!!!! wrote e-mail regarding this to customer care but no response!!!!! Really mad at this point!!!!!

My 30+ problem solving courses out of 108 , 8 Guinness World Record Courses and 600+ Business Documents are unavailable right now Since my update before 1 hour. Please solve this issue as soon as possible because of this reason my learning is stopped and ( I am learning Advanced Excel Course till yesterday), because of this I am facing a huge problem.Please solve this problem as soon as possible

I have observed some bugs in the new app it might be known bugs. 1. App doesn't close on clicking back button twice. 2. Search filter doesn't work when we applied a filter and type related course name. 3. Quality and speed option should be included. 4. In earlier version we were able to quickly find desired courses easily. Kindly fix these bugs ASAP or restore previous version.
