I give it 3 stars because you can download and view all purchased materials. However, there is a problem with the Layout and many of the Buttons including the ability to Manage Collections are malfuntioning on my Samsung Note 10. However, on my iPad it is all good. If the Layout can be fixed where all the Buttons were available on Android this would be great!

This app is borderline unusable on modern versions of Android. I can't even select the search bar due to it being too far up on the screen (Experience based on Google Pixel 8)

The navigation bar is permanently at the bottom of the screen preventing you from clicking any of the buttons there. Sometimes clicking to open a file doesn't work.

App is good but screen needs better adjustments as it buttons for back, searchbar, etc at top of screen are unusable on my phone as they conflict with status bat.

When you download files, PDFs and ZIPs, they're put into a directory you cannot access anymore due to "security". The app cannot unzip files and shows only PDFs. So, the library location should be changeable for this reason. The latest update as of this review put the buttons at the bottom of my screen beyond the edges, and the back arrow is behind my clock, so I cannot back out of anything. With how long it took to get these updates, I hope it doesn't take as long to fix. It looks like the app.

Edit 9-26-24:Much better! Now not only does the app load, but I can use it! There are some small formatting issues, all of which where resolved when I turned things horizontal, but should be noted. 2⭐️ now 4⭐️ Original: Crashing was not fixed. I open this app and it crashes after 1 or 2 seconds. Safe to say it's currently unusable. Shame, I enjoyed this is the past when it worked, as a way to access my library when not at my desktop. Hopefully this will be properly fixed sometime in the future.

At first I was having issues with the library not able to sink and being told to check the connection. Found out you have to go to the site, Account Settings, and turn My Library Access on. Now the issue is that a pdf file downloaded inside a zip file that the app can't open and put the file in a directory I can't access through the phone. That means having to access it through my computer to extract the content, which the app won't see. Easier to download on PC and copy to device instead.

This app "works" in that it seems it can download from my library, but it's UX has been given little to no thought, giving a button to download all, but not a way to cancel it, using the Android back button seems to crash the app, it truncates the titles so figuring out file names or what the content is isn't simple.
