Faculty is nice but the app is not really upto the point. Logged in on this app from my mobile now I logged out and uninstalled the app and still can't login in on my tablet which means it only logs in on my mobile and not on any other device. It's really hard to study from the notes on a small screen. I wish they could change this policy, It's so hard to study like this. It's also not practically possible for a device to stay charged throughout the day when it's constantly in use.

WORST WORST APP AND WORST WORST TEAM !! I cried my heart out because my device is damaged and they are not supporting me for any device change I even told them block my access from old phone and give me new phone I even had proofs but they just said no. They have worst backhand team just talk rudely and doesn't attend calls afterwards. I was literally crying I have wasted my father's money for this trash never ever going to recommend Unique Acedmy for Commerce to anyone.

My old phone stops working so I tried to contact them and said genuine reasons but they do not assist or provide any solution so that I can login in new device. They simply pick up and say we have one device one login policy. Are **MC** I was not knowing while buying the lectures that my phone would stop working. But they didn't helped till last. I'm not angry but worst policy ever. Totally money wasted.

I've too much disappointed from this app as video restarts when the screen rotates, and no 10 second forward and backward option. and it doesn't have quality option video directly adjust according to network.

The problem about login issue in the app is not resolved and if I call they just forward the call and makes you sit there for 5 minutes before any one picks up the call . They say the issue will be resolved by the evening but nothing happens. But all the teaching staff is good and expert in their respective subjects.
