No notification alert sound and video load failure. The app will work for a few minutes then you get failure to load messages. Animated loading graphic between streams. The stream is not constant. The app doesn't work like the demo may have you believe. It's been over 3 months since the installation of our service and they still can't get it to work.

App barely functions. Try to watch a previously recorded clip? Constantly have to hit play as the playback video freezes. Need to download a clip of an incident? Good luck. It says "starting download" and never actually does anything. Need to zoom in on a live feed or previously recorded clip? Nope.

I'm not able to view video footage, it just keeps spinning and then sayervideo playback failed

I've used a lot of different security software in my career and this has been the worst I've experienced so far. Constant crashes, forced log outs, scrubbing footage rarely works, falde detections, entirely unreliable. I wish I could give this 0 stars

Unreliable. Sometimes will not play a recorded video or worse jumps ahead and plays the wrong one. For alarms it's better to receive them via mms and then open Eagle Eye in desktop mode. And with mms you never lose the notification and its link.

Still dismal. I have reached out to tech support several times and after it didn't seem a quick fix they have dropped off all together. App crashes Everytime it's opened regardless of countless trouble shooting and making sure everything is correct with my phone

Horrible update. Have to log in every time. Pattern doesn't work for login. The back button exits the app and has to resign in with code. Most of the time, it enters a demo mode. Old way was better. I just want to open the app and see the cameras

The latest update makes this app slower with multiple failed logins , errors, and repeated requests for fingerprint login! Somehow, they took a bad app and made it worse. EEN has been nothing but a headache, so why would the app be any different.
