I installed a printer months ago, it works perfectly by wire or via WiFi with any equipment. I installed this yesterday, not knowing, it is Chinese. In a couple hours, it had to be re-registered two times, by pushing the reset button. And, of course, there is no option for wired connection, would cost only 1 per cent more. I am telling you, get your act together, if you want to sell Chinese garbage in the world!

It's a very good application. It works. But please add features like, for example, setting the minimum record time. Sometimes, recording stops halfway through a subject, leaving a scene. Also, additional options for audio voice playbacks and LED light settings would be nice.

I have issues with H9c 2k outdoor camera. * Quad & full hd live view stops after 10-15 seconds ( not a network or wifi range issue because I tested it in close wifi range & through lan and also conducted network speed test.) * Memory card playback issue. Events are recording on the memory card but not able to play the recorded events. Some times I am able to play videos from memory card for 5 seconds. * Problem with IR Light During smart night vision mode, when the warm lights are turned off the

Once again, after the November update as with many in the past, The app opens to a black screen showing no cameras. I've cleared the cache and still no cameras. I'm not about to delete my data and have to go through the process of adding all my cameras yet again. Suggestions or better yet a fix EZVIZ?

Edited 8/11/24 to state that the app has stopped giving notifications for anything. This is despite having everything checked properly. Whether this has to do with the beta app I don't know so I've unenrolled from the beta to see if anything improves. Support from Ezviz is also very poor. At the moment I couldn't recommend anything from them.

So far it is tops the only thing that worries me is the rotation movement,it doesn't keep up wth the fast and normall movement. It only follows you when your too slow but normal movement it looses you. I had tried all the settings and even increasing the internet speed.

Don't just look at the 5 star reviews shown at the top. Go look at the low star reviews. Seems the 5 star are new to the app, those lower stars show what's in store for you in the long run. All have similar complaints going back years, and the issues actually get worse rather than better. Wouldn't be so bad if it was just an app, but people are spending a lot of money on the equipment. Do the research before spending any money

This brand is quite good & affordable. But sometimes the weakness is CCTV can't reconnect to wifi whenever the router back to online. Need to multiply time switch off & switch on again to make it connected.
