One of the worse app. Many times device is not detected. 1000 times I have to restart the camera. To add device takes too long to configure with the app on Android phone. When power get off. Everytime this camera restarts and changes the position. Everyday I have to do settings and define the position where it needs to do the capture process. It's hactic. Now will buy another camera atleast thousand times I don't need to reconfigure.

The cloud storage offer messages that keep popping up are annoying, the UI changed over time to be less practical to use and I certainly don't need nor want cloud storage to keep videos from my cameras elsewhere other than the local micro SD card I have installed to it, that was the point of getting the cameras with this software with that feature to begin with. Otherwise the software is pretty decent.

Absolute Tosh. The app really doesn't make sense. I don't want to purchase cloud storage. Motion detection works when it feels like. And it hardly ever feels like it. The app needs to be more like eseecloud that makes sense with the options. Such a shame because the camera is not bad for how cheap it was. Much better than my ctronics camera. Only bonus is that I can download direct from the camera when I goto playback. But please fix the motion detection and fix it to go back to saved point.

Do not buy a device which relies on this app. This app loads an ad every time you open the app, these have gone from images initially, now to full videos. A real waste of my time and my data, absolutely disgraceful abuse of software. The company must be making more from the ads than the initial product sale. Edit: Advice offered by developer (below) doesn't work for me, my only relevant option in Me... Tools is "display ads only at startup" which can be on or off.

The app is clunky and difficult to figure out. The worst part is it loads full screen ads when you first start, with a startup delay. Some of those ads are malware click bait "YOUR PHONE IS INFECTED" ads. I'm probably going to throw away the cameras and get new ones with a more reliable app that doesn't use malware beg screens, I'm really disappointed with this. It's a shame because the cameras are pretty good for the price

Device is no longer working. Won't reset, won't reboot won't nothing. All it says is reconnecting to router. I've done everything from unplugging it and plugging in, followed all directions and still nothing. Msg support and no reply. Thought it would be the storage and paid for one month storage. Nope that didn't work. Was working well till now. Was working very well till now.

Not too bad. Once I found out how to turn off the adverts from bombarding me as soon as I opened the app, it's been functioning a lot better. The app and software are actually quite good if I'm honest. I am very happy with the app and the cameras. I have 3 cameras set up with the app and easy to operate. Auto tracking is great, being able to download the video from the micro SD card is cool. Basically does everything it says on the tin. No problems..

I I'm trying the app again to determine if improvements have been made. One problem that continues is the changing the site one may try to obtain is difficult due to being transferred to a site that attempts to sell TV subscriptions. One can work around the TV subscriptions but it's not easy. Until I determine there is an easy way to sign up for ICsee without going through an obstacle course of subscriptions that has nothing to do with the cameras. At that time, I will perhaps change my rating.
