When I used the app initially, Service Providers used to be good and response. During recent times, I placed multiple different orders and they all got cancelled as service providers are busy. If all your service providers are busy for all services then remove these services so people don't waste thier times ordering only for thier orders to be cancelled.

I choose the service I want then press start, but it doesn't take me to any page. I get notifications about services but still found nothing. I hope you fix it as soon as possible. Thank you.

Never going to use this app again. Neither will I recommend anyone to use it. The management makes u pay for the service providers mistakes. No refunds received either. After some certain dey stop replying u as well. Be careful everyone

Nice concept, poor execution. The the prices are not straight forward, and you get charged much more than advertised by the service provider. I was unable to evaluate my latest request, and yet can see that it is evaluated as very happy, can't change this evaluation.

The ever worst experience in my life. The service provider agreed to do service ac with washing indoor and outdoor units, refilling gas with 100qr. They came and started work and said that total cost will be 350qr. I m shocked. I told them dont do any work, they said they already replaced the capacitor, and need to pay 150qr for that. And started shouting for that money finally i have to give the money (150qr to them. Now i really doubt the part was needed to change. Never recommend this

Not recommend ; very bad application - unfortunately I used it once for dishwasher drainage replacement (for 200 QR) that complicated by improbable closure of the door & smoking smells . both agency & costumers support had escaped - lack of professionalism .

Very very bad service non professional. I suggest no any one work with this app. After you order the service and pay the money. If any problem happened they will not reply to you.
