Stupid useless app. Qr code does not show time or allow selected time for overnight stay. Goes by default time when Qr is generated. Becomes invalid thereafter and visitor refused entry. End up causing so much trouble and required to pay for this app. Does not deserve even 1 star.

It keeps logging me out of the apps for a whole bunch of time. I logged in into my mom's account a lot of time but it keep logging me out the next day. the previous app is Wayy better than this. fix ur damn app bro.

This new apps has all field mandatory for a visitor pass qr creation. Why would a visitor need to provide email address for a QR pass. This is ridiculous. They are visitors not Vendor's providing tender/contract requests. We never had that field on the previous apps. For now i am Just creating QR with dummy email. As such that field is ridiculously useless. Waste of time. Never knew any visitor of any high end property required to provide an email address.

I felt the previous apps much better as easy for me to pay the maintenance fee.. i think if u upgrade the new apps make sure settle it all first before shut down the old one..n btw now i still cant log in the new apps as well
