the app was working fine with no real issues. but since the recent update the video screen is not working ( can record video but the screen is black ). I use my phone (Google pixel 6a says it's compatible with the app) to do the vhc as there are not enough tables at work and find it easier to carry around. please can you sort this issue.

We have just had this implemented across our dealerships, and I can safely say it is the worst vhc app I've ever used vastly over complicated when having to input data. We used to have RTC, which albeit was basic, but it did the job. As most places do now, we HAVE to do a customer video for our standards, and the fact that the camera tourch does not work makes it impossible to see anything. The tyre tread depth input screen is useless. Why, when copy to all, does it not copy to the spare?

What was once a relatively easy app to use is now time consuming and over complicated. Tyre tread inputting system is horrendous and even when tapping the number manually you cannot just type in your own figure in without deleting the 0.0 first. Had on many occasions where after finally inputting tyre information it doesn't save it so you have to input it all again. This was clearly designed by a team who hasnt spent a single day in a workshop or spoke to anyone that has. Avoid

Edit 6th April 2021 This has been updated to a brand new App and my previous comments were for the previous App. So much has changed and thoroughly recommend this new Version. Thanks F. Doesn't work on Android S9. Text Over Lap! And doesn't save Rear Brake Wear!! Not easy to use and emailed support for help no reply 3 days ago!! Going back to Pinnacle Tech+. 05/03/21 just updated on Ipad and you've made it unusable doesn't anyone test updates before release🤦‍♂️

Requires ability to add videos for customers to see, other than at end. Requires ability to add additional photos if further problems noted on items. Requires ability to put on times on brake condition. Currently have to report brake condition twice to put times in.

videos are in poor quality for smg galaxy 21fe. also cant take a photo because it shows as a white screen. Now i checked on the other apps to check if it's caused by the phone, but it isn't.

Some phones dont allow the touch feature. Cant focus the camera so recordings a poor quality. Tread depth feature poor for inputting information

Poor app, nothing but problems. Updated today for work devices and can not even complete the tyre section correctly anymore, along with the UI now being unnecessarily complex its becoming joke
