Does what it's supposed to. Nothing more nothing less. Room for improvement when it comes to navigating through very deep files but nothing that other systems don't also struggle with. Still works great.

It should let me use my fingerprint to log in. I hate having to type in a password that it forces me to change every year or 6 months. What ever the time frame is. It's hard to remember the password when you're forced to change it all the time.

4 years and counting!!!! *UPDATE* 4/11/2020 so it's now 10 YEARS that we've been using Egnyte. I can say it is a great application however from a financial standpoint the most recent changes make it quite expensive not to mention the fact that there are now several other platforms that have the same or similar performance features for free. Having said that we are exploring other options as Egnyte may become extinct in the near future.😥
Indoor Environmental
It has potential, but man this thing needs some work on basic functions. The text/font vertical ribbon tool is silly, BUT With the new update the ribbon feature is much better. Please reach out so that we can fix some of the bugs!!! The drop down menus are a disaster! Please make all drop downs have the functionality of a Custom Entry that allows numbers and text. Currently you can only customize with text. For example: three point seven MUST be used, instead of 3.7. You see what I mean...?

Was good until about a month or so ago when a annotation bar was added to the screen. On coworkers phones they can touch the annotation highlight at the top to remove the bar. But on two of our other phones the bar can only be moved from one side to the other side of the screen. It's constantly in the way. Egnyte please help and ill give you 6 stars!

it's stable. Big. Could use updating to work like explorer, including: drag and drop, shortcut key functions such as inclusive checkmarks via Ctrl +Shift combos Right click for new folder option, rename, etc., F key functions to rename, etc. It's just showing it's age and still a bit clunky to maneuver. I'm a long term user - more than 7 years - and have seen many updates and improvements. So am always hopeful they can stay competitive. They love the feedback and they respond!!.

Audio and video playback does not function unless screen is on and jumps back to the beginning if you the screen turns off or you navigate off the app. Very inconvenient and not practical. File organization and navigation is good. App login doesn't remember your password which is also a deterrent for quick access.
