ARef shows the Referee the awards of the judges as they are submitted and allows the Referee to Accept them if satisfied or initiate appropriate action.The Referee may Fail a dive directly.
In the case of other penalities the Referee can cause the appropriate message to be displayed on the DiveRecorder operator's screen for action.
If not being used as a Referee console, the app can serve as a remote scoreboard.
