Charging over 150 Euro to transfer ownership.... What in your right mind are you doing. We stopped installing Enphase some time ago. There alternatives that are much cheaper and are able to support the larger PV panels. Enphase is a technically good product, but way too expensive. We have switched to another brand that offers a similar level of technical rigidness but at "half" price. Sorry Enphase... Done!

This app is not an improvement, Enphase went backwards instead of moving forward, so many issues connecting to the Envoy. And they removed so many features that where so useful for troubleshooting. I feel like I have to call tech support all the time now! And when you try addressing the issues no one at Enphase has an answer. The old Toolkit was way better!!

VERY glitche. Does NOT connect to Wi-Fi. Requires multiple calls to tech support [ 2 separate case #s because they could find the original case # from the day before] we made a total of 3 physical trips and 7 calls to Enphase just to provision 1- 65 panel system. Cost$$$ to do that. Yikes! I have reached out to you. You don't fix things. Why do you want me to keep reaching out to you? Fix what we already talked about.

Would be nice if we could see an array view of the data to show the current power from each panel. At the moment I have to look up each serial number to determine where it is in my array, and to be honest it's too much hassle. If temperature data is available from the inverters, could it be shown in either the toolkit app or the enphase power data app.

This is the most ridiculously buggy app I have seen from an established company, period. I really have to wonder if anyone involved in making the app ever tried to use it in the field, because it doesn't seem so. Even simple tasks take forever to complete, most things seem to be a case of "touch a button, wait for three minutes while it thinks, dismiss the error message, try again until it works". When I asked support about the bugs they apologized and assumed I was on an iPhone. Interesting.

Quite a buggy app, response from support is to clear cache, which didn't fix the issue. I would suggest hiring a softwate quality assurance team to produce a quality product before releasing it to the public. The customer service team is really quick in responding, which is awesome and why I'm giving two stars instead of one.UPDATE: via email, the team is responsive and kind, but that doesn't fix 404 errors, gateway connectivity errors, a slew of open ports, and an app with >1gb of memory usage.

This is bad. Who ever designed this has NEVER installed a system. REALLY NEED THE OLD TOOLKIT TO WORK WITH IQ COMBINER 4. When youve spent 8 hours+ cooking in the sun, all you want to do is connect the envoy to a wifi, scan for micros, enable meters, and roll on out. Everything else can be entered at a PC in an office. Now we need to enter all the info before moving to the next step, with no or limited cell service? Thats bad.

[FYI Homeowners - You need the app called "Enlighten" - this app is for installers only] Extremely buggy. If in a site, hitting the settings icon crashes the app. If you exit the app when connected to the envoy in AP mode, you typically have to REBOOT THE ENVOY just to get reconnected. This is freshman stuff that the app gets wrong (though the reconnect thing is likely the envoy since rebooting my phone doesn't help).
