I've had 2 classes but the teacher is not capaciated enough to teach my daughter and help her. My daughter has been super frustrated I've had asked and called for a different teacher but I haven't gotten any type if information back. I am still getting charged. I feel like they stole my money because my daughter isn't getting the help she needs

The app is good. I would like enhancements to include integration of billing and more detailed assessment functionality for each session or monthly, such as student performance measures (eg. Test Prep - speed, problem difficulty, mastery of problems, test steategies)

They are very unresponsive. I have been asking to change teacher but no response for several weeks for now. I have also requested to cancel membership but no response from them. I am being charged for nothing and not sure how to cancel it.
