This app is very frustrating. It was the only app I could find that would let you upload your own audio books. That part I love. However if the app fails to download an audiobook it will redownload but not overwrite. So it just takes up space. It will also crash quite frequently which is frustrating when you're driving on a road trip. When it works it works great.

Whole catalogue missing This app used to be pretty functional, and I liked how I could upload books I purchased elsewhere and download books to my computer. But today when I tried to shop with my credits, the whole shopping catalogue was empty except for about 36 random books, many not in English. The same problem was on the website- every genre and author I checked had "no titles" available. I put in a help ticket, but this isn't a bug on my end. Pausing my account, then sadly might cancel.

I know I recently paid for two months of credits, but I have no credits in my account, and I'm not a member anymore when I logged on. On top of it, I'm having trouble contacting support to get it fixed and figured out. I'm not sure what to do because this company can be better value than Audible for some good audio books. Also, I like all the free classics.

Customer service is terrible. I accidentally purchased a title and noticed immediately after. I tried to call them. They have no phone number listed on their website. I wrote an email instead. I got a reply email saying they are processing my request then nothing. It has been almost two weeks and no communication. Edit: I just realized that they did give me a free credit. I would have preferred my money back since the book cost over 2 mo worth of the subscription. I have yet to receive notice.

Great app. The only audiobook services which also provides upload facility. However, there is one bugg in this application. when we delete book from library, book that I deleted still shows in mobile version. And we can't delete it from mobile version. We have to clear all data manually and login again to update my library. I hope you guys will fix it in next updates. Thanks for listening.

The idea behind this app is fine but how it is applied is flawed. Uploaded audiobooks play in random order, difficult to upload and things are unclear as to why it keeps uploading the same books. The sound is clear and it's easy enough to use. Positions are kept after use but there I still some work to do to make this app totally usable.

I've been buying audiobooks from estories for many years but suddenly the book purchasing system seems to have stopped working. The bit that let's us buy with credits has simply stopped working, as has the key that let's us buy more credits. Is Estories now no longer available or stopped working. It would be good if you could tell us what's going on, or else it looks like we will all need to go over to buying our audiobooks from Audible in future. Do I need to cancel my subscription now?

Awful selection! I've been using this service since before they split off from emusic. Up until a couple months ago, I have had no complaints but now it looks like there are only about a dozen titles available and many are not in English. Where did all the books go? Very difficult to navigate the app and get help. I'm regretting holding my credits for so long.
