Doesn't have save buttons when changing things in your profile. Specifically, Kilograms to Imperial. Already un-installed multiple times and reset profiles. Update/response: It allows me to select Imperial but doesn't change. Even after update button is selected. Same for height from centimeters to feet. I can change everything else just fine.

Edit: Scan finally showed up, still having the other issues Good information on app, however, there are a few issues. My scans are not showing up in the app, there is a discrepancy between the birthday selected and the date shown on the user profile, and the app crashes when trying to "select a reason" to contact support.

This is a great app and the way it breaks down and presents your biometrics is very easy to follow and it provides a detailed explanation of what each measurement represents. The bio-scan feature makes it easy for anyone to do a scan without feeling like it's too invasive and it's a quick process. Than you have exact data to go off of depending on why you needed/wanted the information to begin with.

This app sucks on Android, specifically s23 ultra. Laggy when scrolling and jumps around, this is the only app that I own that does this. My gym has this machine and does not print out the stats so I have to use the app, probably just won't use the machine if the app is this horrible. Also where is the conversion setting? Its a pain to convert everything from kg to pounds, such a simple thing that has been overlooked.

I can't get this app to open on my Pixel 8. I get a white screen. I've reinstalled the app a handful of times. I've restarted the phone several times. I've reconnected to the network several times. After looking at the reviews, I see I'm not the only one having this issue with a new Pixel. Hopefully the app gets updated soon.

The scanner and data is wonderful but the app is awful. Very slow, when you swipe between scans sometimes it doesn't actually update to the other scan. Can no longer share/download the results sheets so you have to screenshot them because when you press the Share button, nothing happens.

Bloody useless app. Absolutely no way to activate the account. Sure they send an activation email "with instructions" but in the email there are no instructions, no activation link, nothing... just a useless email. Complete waste of time.

Unable to sign up. The country states as optional but unable to proceed if it's blank. There's bug in ui where the country is unable to be filled.... so it gets stuck.
