Good things: You can see your timetable for many weeks in advance+the dashboard is nice and simple. Bad things: Viewing tasks may sound simple but this app somehow makes it difficult; portrait or landscape, most if not all of the text written by teachers is cut off, forcing me to use the website. The touch sensitivity is extremely poor which ruins the app for me. Trying to veiw the timetable takes what feels like years off my life-you don't want this in a busy environment at school! Do Better.

Buggy Mess. The app works as intended occasionally, but too many times I cannot view task descriptions or comments teachers have left. Even if I get a notification that a teacher has left a comment, the comment does not appear on the task page. I can NEVER upload files or photos to tasks through the app and so always have to do so online. Timetable sometimes glitches out and does not display lessons correctly. And most annoying of all, sometimes it won't even let me mark tasks as done!

Previous version was perfectly fine. Would rate it 5 stars for its use and easy functionailty. Now, the app is ugly looking, and does not function properly. It crashes all the time. Just rollback and update. Please and thank you. Thanks for your response. The update is still rubbish and doesn't work (and looks awful) so I am using APKPure, installed Version 1.2 and all runs perfectly!

I could bear with this app. I could use it to do my homework and have 103 overdue tasks. But I cannot bear with this new version, it's so bad. I update the app that worked perfectly fine, and when I next go on it everything has been overhauled and looks like the user experience as degreased by 10 years. It's not smooth or clean and the lines look almost blurry. Everything is harder to use and everyone hates it. Why man.

One of the most horrible educational apps I've used. It lacks many of the features of the desktop site, such as viewing your profile, and it's basically a reskinned browser, you can't even look at a task description without it opening in Chrome, because they apparently don't know how to use their own API. Recently, the app started crashing when I opened it. I emailed support, they asked me for further details and when I provided them they've just ignored me for weeks.

I have just updated it and it was buggy before but now it's practically unusable. I can't mark any tasks as done and when I set a specific way to sort tasks, it resets every time I open the app. It is also laggy and keeps freezing. Please sort this out. Update- It's now a month later and there has still been no further update. I don't know how long it takes to fix these issues but I feel like you are taking advantage of the fact that most of us have no option but to use this app.

It's very rare that I leave a negative review for an app, but this Firefly client is genuinely awful. The performance is excruciatingly poor (I often have to wait multiple seconds before a tab change is registered), the user interface is ugly, notifications are unreliable, and the majority of actions just send you to the browser page - what's even the point of a mobile app then? Clearly all mobile efforts have been focused on the iOS app. Please either make the API public or finally refactor!

idk what's happened to this app but it's so glitchy; the only thing that still works and is useful is that fact I can see my timetable. i can't view new tasks set without being kicked off and when I send photo files on the app it glitches out and I can't return back to the menu or mark the task as done so I have to go onto my actual school website firefly
