I created an account. I was immediately asked to provide a credit card, which I did. Only after that I realised I can't even download the app, because it's not available in my area (Singapore). I cancelled my subscription, received a confirmation that the subscription has been cancelled. Clicked on "My Profile" again and saw that my status is still "subscribed". Un-subscribed again only to find that I'm still subscribed. If next month you guys charge me for a product I could never access, I'll be massively annoyed. You should inform people that the product is not available in their region before you get their credit card details.

For years, this was my favorite app and the only app I ever spent $$ on. But recently, it plays a few songs and then stops. Or continues to play, then app stops being responsive. I can not view the playlist, move forward, or even stop the song ( I must force stop). Yes, I cleaned cache and confirmed wifi, including uninstalled / reinstalled multiple times and same problem for almost 2 years! Any suggestions on fix?

Glitchy glitchy glitchy. Cuts out on me within minutes of starting a playlist, logs me out almost every time I use it. The mixes are great, but that's useless if the app can't finish a single playlist. Going to cancel if this goes on much longer.

As others have mentioned recently, songs will stop playing after a few seconds or a minute. I fixed it by reinstalling the app. But it's still unacceptable that for others, the core functionality of this app is broken. Otherwise, before this bug the app was great.

It was amazing At First. After listening to different genres there's usually a random song that throws off the WHOLE mix. Eventually the mixes have a few of the same songs included. YouTube seems to be a better choice as you can make a playlist

The hardest thing I have done in a while... Sadly to say was trying to cancel this subscription. It's not on my playstore, they won't cancel for me and I even tried stopping the credit card payment and they blocked that too

App is amazingly accurate. Pick choices of type of music you want and it directs you to certain mix Playlist. Very smooth transitions. Your own personal DJ session. First app I've ever used that I've had no complaints. Only downfall is you can't skip to certain tracks within the Playlist in the free version but really, I haven't found any reason to skip.
