The Reveal ELD Logbook app is designed for businesses that use the Verizon Connect Reveal fleet management software, and helps drivers of heavy duty vehicles comply with FMCSA Hours of Service (HOS) and Electronic Logging Device (ELD) regulations.

This app is impossible to use. There are too many options to log hours, making it very easy to accidentally get a violation despite taking my required breaks. Would NOT recommend. It also loves to disconnect from the truck.

Terrible app. With latest update you can't correct anything in logs. This app is a waste of time. Do not use this app. Find a good app or use a real ELD.

The newest quite annoying thing about this app, is that after the last update a couple weeks ago, whenever I tap the "logs" button, it either restarts the app , or it will show the "logs" screen for less than a second then goes immediately back to wherever I was . this is absolutely ridiculous. also, I have my location permission turned on, but for some reason, in the past year, it doesn't recognize where I am and I have to enter my location every single time.

I have had to completely replace the entire system twice. Instead of asking for the old system back they say "throw it away". Which goes a long way in explaining what Verizon thinks of their own system. I do like some of their advice, as "just pull off the road" when you are on a two lane road, or to "put it into inspection" before going through a scale so they law enforcement can't see the big VIOLATION error on your screen. But the all time best was an unassigned mileage of 288 miles in less than 2 minutes of driving. They really need a zero or even less than zero rating.

Would not under any circumstances recommend this app. Not even for a 4 year Olds toy truck. After 5 years, this app still does not run correctly. Fix one issue only to have another pop-up....I soooo wished the company that I work for would move on to a different app. It's not worth mentioning "this" problem as I don't feel confident that the app developers will ever get this right....just trying to save someone from the aggravation. This app is garbage....

the new update made it worse, the locked screen is upside down on my phone, it's very frustrating to have to go on duty to unlock the screen when for example I want to go from driving into yard moves, or when I take the 30 minutes break it won't go back to the dash when your break is done unless you force close the app and re open it and enter your password

My last review was 1 star. This app was terrible!! I do have to say they have put out a lot of updates and this app has Improved greatly. I updated to 3 stars. I have a fleet of 11 running these units. It used to be I got calls from drivers with books not working everyday. I am no longer getting these calls. Support staff is much more helpful then in the past. Book seems to be working correctly for now. Would be great to have a 2 way messenger built in.

the app is horrible, makes you go on duty before allowing you to go off duty. takes way to long to go from driving mode to any other mode. does not show you how many hours you gain back after midnight/ recap hours. makes you go through a mark off list that isn't needed for inspection. kicked you in to driving mode even if your only rolling forward a few feet. shall I go on the system is horrible. All the updates they keep doing just seem to make it worse.....
