Runs great honestly... You just can't do anything with it hardly. Can't take payments or view customers vehicles or see vehicle descriptions. You can check your inventory.. That's really about it. Needs tons of updates to be more functional. Needs a better updated look too... But that. Goes for Frazer as a whole though that's significantly less important than the functionality.

This app is Useless. Will not update inventory (ability to see your inventory and vehicle info remotely was the only real useable function of the app anyway) needs substantial updates and features added to be useful. This day and age a DM program that can not be accessible and used remotely is very antiquated. A small lot like mine I am working from home in the evenings often and need access to the program, and having to use Google remote desktop is a hassle.

I have enjoyed this app for many years, but due to recent changes it has become useless to me.. Can't copy a VIN anymore by holding your finger on it for a second.. I used that feature to paste a VIN into carfax or a car parts website to order parts.. Why would you take away from an app that doesn't do much as it is? I can definitely tell that the people setting up the program have no clue what a dealer needs a daily basis.. Time to start searching for a software company willing to evolve..

Frazer is an amazing system, i can't imagine running a car business without it , but the app definitely needs a lot of updates, 1- i can't see my description of the car 2- i can't add a description from the app 3- i can't see my detailed for added costs 4- i can't change or put a selling price The Application is SO LIMITED

The program on the computer is great. This app, not so much. You can look at your inventory (when it updates) and that's about it. It's 9/2/21 and my app hasn't updated my inventory since 7/20/21. Kinda frustrating.

Stopped logging on the new Android phone was working fine earlier. The app is nothing functional really other than vin scanning and uploading inventory quickly. Needs so much more functionality in order to compete over this price range of DMS systems.

This app is amazing it can save you so much time. Loads pics directly to your page and sends them to all the web sites you are connected to. I would recommend this app to everyone starting a car dealership.

Its amazing for when you are away from the office computer; however, I wish you could actually add a vehicle from the app instead of waiting for confirmation from the computer software.
