Our free baseball lineup template automatically creates fair fielding rotations for your youth baseball or softball team. Just fill in your players' names in their starting fielding positions on the lineup card, and it does the rest, for games up to 7 innings of play!

With the free version, you can build lineups for up to 12 fielding positions, or for coach-pitch or coach-catch. Plus up to 6 bench positions that rotate in after the first inning. And you can lock out individual players from playing first base, catcher, or pitcher. Give it a try!

Fair rotations every time:

√ A player will not stay in the same position for two consecutive rotations.

√ A player will not repeat the same position later in the game unless no other players are eligible to play that position.

√ No player will be put on the bench a second time until all other players have been on the bench once. Same for any additional rotations to the bench.

√ When possible, players will not repeat in the outfield until all other eligible players have played in the outfield.

Exception: If all players except one are locked out at a specific position, that player will play the whole game at that position and will not be rotated to the bench.

Options to set special rotation rules:

√ Prevent players from playing outfield two innings in a row.

√ Prevent players from catching after having pitched.
