WAMA is the Android and WEB app (https://web.wama.cloud) that helps you to manage your warehouse. You can organise the warehouse inventory and have all the information updated in real-time. You don't have to buy any special hardware, all you need is a smartphone or tablet or a web browser if you prefer to use the web app. With the smartphone camera, you can scan barcodes and take product photos. All data are synced online, this allows you to access your data everywhere, using the Android app, via the web app or using the REST JSON API. Thanks to WAMA you can keep all the warehouse data in one place solving all the data replication issues.

You can export and delete all your data from the WAMA servers whenever you want. We are very worried about security, WAMA uses the latest technologies and the best people to make sure that all the data are safely stored and accessible only to the owner. We’ll never share your data with anyone.

Wama is an excellent warehouse inventory management app. We have been using it for about 6 months now and find it very convenient for updating inventory via smartphone after a physical count or on a daily basis as product is pulled from the warehouse. It is very convenient to be able to use both smartphone and web browser for different updates or reports. Currently, we are adding inventory through an adjustment when product is received, but In the near future, we will be using it for tracking upcoming inventory additions with the purchase orders feature. Eventually, we want to use it to also project stock depletion and required order dates for products based on the lead time of the order from the date of receiving a product. The team behind Wama is super-responsive. I have messaged them twice with a small issue or request and had a response almost instantly. Great support!

Took me six months to find this app. This app only came up for me after searching the keyword "warehouse". We first have to try WAMA out and see if it works for us. We are looking for the ability to manage transfer of stock between locations/stores, and have an overall view of stock levels across all locations/stores, in addition to POS functionality. We don't know yet how well it does them. So far though, POS barcode scanner within is top-notch, it will make checkout a breeze.

This is a very useful app for me. Great for keeping an updated inventory on the go. Having the ability to see content on the browser interface makes it a very productive tool. I was using it wrong at first, but the helpful people at customer support got me up and running! So far this has saved me lots of time!

Have had this app for quite a few months. Loved it up until I got a notification that there are product limits and my 587 products will now be reduced down to 100 in order to continue the free version. Taking all of my inventory elsewhere - bye!

overall it's a good app . Purchase order option is not there. purchased items need to be entered by editing the existing and adding the stock. 1. while adding item to sales order, trying to delete the search item by pressing × will not delete search item. we have to manually completely remove the item by moving the cursor. please update it. 2. In sale order, there should be ootion to delete the items in the order, if entered wrongy. This can be allowed by long pressing on the ordered item.

Its one of the best app on google play store. It provide complete inventory accounting easily manageable. Customer support is too awesome they even added new feature with a week on my demand. Seriously must try and trust me you will be completely satisfied.

This app is so convenient to my workplace and easy to trace stock between 3 of us(worker),but if have tab to fill (stock in/stock out) 1st Update :, hate to do this,but need to down the star to 1,reason i cannot afford to pay, furthermore i just using the function stockkeeping function to trace item, other functions such as pos, suppliers and pricing not use at all and my workplace have 300+ item to track in and out and shrared to 3 my colliges , im not using this app as non-profit. 2nd update:i know you need sort of payment to maintaining , but how about us that using this apps for non-profit, I just need stockkeeping but ,maybe you can offer us with low payment,only using stock keeping function , lock function that not using supplier,pos or place or price, just stock, for us need to pay quadruple if need to subscribe.

Its search is very inconvenient. Wildcards dn't apply and you can barely find an item if you don't know its exact name. Uninstalled this otherwise well designed app.
