This app beats anything I've ever experienced......you know why?... I'd used the Notes keeper to take notes for a lengthy period. I couldn't gain access to the app no more due to a false manipulation with my fingers on the phone screen.Disappointed and frustrated, I deleted the app......but a friend of mine, a software technician encouraged me to contact the app's creator.....guess what?....they got hold of Google who fished out my workpiece from their Database and hey presto!...yuppie!👏🤩🥳

HELP! Been using this Notes app for almost 2 years. Just opened it the other day and it keeps asking me to log in with Google. Even though I'm already logged in to my Google account, it says it cannot find my account. There goes all my important notes I was keeping. Not sure if I can recover them. Any assistance from the app reps would be appreciated!

Terrible!!! So how can I get my notes back because I only saw that the app has updated and my notes are gone but the file and app data is still showing on my phone????? How do you update your app without first ensuring that data is safe and not affected after the update???? It's very unfair to say the least.

This app was amazing. It was easy to use,and there were one or two dumb ads here and there, but I can't really complain about that. I had hundreds of notes on here. Things to remember, diary entries, important homework stuff, poems, emoji combos,just random stuff that was important. I go to it,and it's all gone. I wrote pages of positive affirmations and woke up to every. single. note. gone. I am infuriated and extremely upset. The app did update but it's not usable. This would've been 5 stars..

I had this app for about 3 years and was upset to find out that all my notes had disappeared after the update. The app would not launch, and I was notified that it is somehow not installed even though the icon was on my screen. So, my only option was to reinstall it but it was useless since all of my data in the app was gone. I was extremely disappointed that there was no way to retrieve the data. I wouldn't recommend this app if you want your data to disappear all of a sudden.

Is all my data gone just like that? All my thoughts I've been recording all the years poofed up in smoke! Who does that? Betray the trust of your app users just like that? I go to the app to access my notes which I updated just this morning so I can start putting together my manuscript, I see the app looks updated, upon opening it starts asking me to log in with my google acc out of nowhere. It can't even get the logging right as I was anxious to log in and see if my data is still there. Wow?

I've used this app for a year or so now, and sometimes the app just updates on it's own and I loose all my previous notes. When I open the app it says, "No notes, add new one". This has happened twice, I can't backup or signin and save my progress, I had many important notes in it. What do I do now. . I've lost many passwords and notes to remember. . Will I ever get them back, is there any way? Fun fact: It's called notes "keeper" but can't keep my notes.

I have been using this app for the past 2 years, it had been a fairly good app until the last update when it erased all my notes including login codes and passwords!!!!
