Access2Care is developing an intuitive way for health plan members to request, organize, and track their non-emergency transportation needed to get to and from important appointments and destinations related to their health. The application gives members and their families all of their ride information in one place and helps them manage, maintain, and modify any detail. The application can only be used by qualified members (i.e. – participating state and plan). Check with your health plan to see if you qualify!

The app doesn't work half the time. Logs you out occasionally and forces you to "sign up" and it takes days to get the email to get back in to it. It sometimes won't work during hours when they are not open and error message you to try again or call when they are in office. Which makes no sense for an app to have working people hours. I was understanding of these problems at first but the app has been around for months now and it still has this same problem.

My opinion isn't good they suck big green donkey...... They have a tough time getting some trips fully completed to and from doctor's visits for the patients that's if they don't altogether cancel your doctors appointment by not sending you a ride to go . then they will claim in the app that the trips were completed when they weren't . and their customer service sux either the main training isn't done right from the beginning or the workers just don't care to begin with

this is a horrible app! can't rely on it at all. they will randomly cancel trips for no reason even if your insurance schedules the rides.

this app is low key trash!!! they're either going to have you over an hour early or late!! they cancel rides with no warning leaving you in a situation.

I love this app. So far my experience with the transportation company have all been great. Staff members have been careful, considerate and polite. The app allows me to request rides and add passengers or cancel if needed. It is a game changer for me. I have anxiety and stress about making appointments and other executive tasks and it is such a relief to do these things in the app.

The Access 2 Care app has made scheduling Non-Emergency Medical Transport trips much easier and less time consuming. I appreciate having a visual that confirms the trip is scheduled and what transport company we can count on. if an appointment changes, I typically can reschedule directly using the app. In the world of navigating the life of an individual with disabilities, it's a wonderful blessing to have something that is relatively easy and lightens our load. Thank you!

Way easier and better then having to call in and wait for a representative and go thru entirely long process of reserving rides. But One thing that would make this app amazing would be the option to view paid trips for gas reimbursement and to be able to see when each check, date, and amount of when they were sent off. App glitches a good bit when canceling trips. I have to restart app and even then takes awhile to show the trips have been cancelled. Otherwise super happy app came along!!

So far, this app is trash. I talked to a lady on the phone who recommended this app to me to use, and it won't let me sign in. I've tried both methods- phone number and email, and every time I try to log in, it just keeps sending me a verification code. I keep getting ran around in a circle of opening the app, attempting to sign in, verification code, go to sign in, verification code, go to sign in.. you get it. Trash.
