my go-to app for great concert prices. Plus, you don't get hit so hard with all the usual fees you find on other ticket apps. My favorite feature on the app is the ability to see the actual view/pic for the potential seats you pick for the events based on past experiences of people sitting in the seats. The only thing I wish the app had was the ability to purchase a parking pass for the venue of where the event is being held. I can understand the app possibly not being able to control that.

Bought tickets and paid for them. Money was taken from my account. Was notified a few hours later that I couldn't have them anymore due to a problem with the seller. I was offered tickets "at no extra cost" that were worse and 14 rows back. Magically seats in my row and section appeared at a much higher price. Customer service did everything they could to ensure I will not use gametime ever again. Don't use gametime. Any other ticket service is more trustworthy.

horrible experience. I went to purchase tickets that showed available. when I swiped to purchase, I received a message that the tickets were taken by someone else and kicked me back to the seating chart. Again, I went back to find other seats and tried again. I tried to purchase again and same message that someone else took them. I checked my bank account and I was charged the 3 times I tried! I never got tickets. I contacted Gametime and they told me they can not get a supervisor involved. help

i really liked finding seats for a baseball game with this app overall. lots of good things going for it, and will definitely use again. two things i would LOVE to see done differently: 1. show circles that represent the exact location of the seats in the row, where applicable (like the interactive map on the official team's ticket page). 2. use higher resolution image for the stadium. cosmetic, but looking at blurry/ pixelated bg was a bummer.

This app has been an absolute life saver when it comes to buying tickets. Being able to see the location of the seats and the stage is awesome and puts into perspective the best angles. I got deftone nosebleed seats for 200 (3 ppl), and the view was great. Also bought tickets for amyl and the sniffers and also had some of the lowest prices I've seen. This has been the first time I've been to concerts, so it's definitely made the process way easier compared to ticket master. Definitely get it!!!

purchasing tickets could be better. overall the app works good, would be unique to include a demo of the Ariat. that way others could get a preview of potential new artists they could discover live at the show. just a thought also why hasn't anyone taken a 360 camera at each of the venues, you know before a show. all that data of visual preview of your seat would be better that the photos we get so far. just another thought...
