It is just a terrible app. A friend of mine wanted to please me by offering me concert tickets. First, I did not have the choice to create an account, with a Google mail adress or my facebook - to suck of me all my information... Then, I discovered I had to upload the app - to get access to my phone, I suppose ?! It is just impossible to get real tickets: you have to do a strange process with the guy at the entrance - the best way to lose time before a concert! Worst, when they cancel a concert, they do not refund! Of course, when you ask for help, they never reply. It is certainly a lazy app which get money on artists' back. I am just disgusted.

Keep in mind that when you cancel the ticket they offer you a coupon instead of giving your money back and this coupon can only be used for the same event in another date + they charge you 2€ when you use. Sometimes when you try to validate the ticket with the famous "V" drawing it won't work. I had to purchase again the tickets because the app never worked for tickets validation. Also check the prices outside of the app, can be cheaper.

App works well, I'm a first time user. I think it works better than purchasing through the fever website. I will admit being a worried at first because the event calendar is a bit slow to load, and sometimes the payment processing feels slow too. However, I wrote to customer service to double check the transaction, and they were immediately helpful and showed me their transaction record.

Rubbish service and app. We received a voucher as a gift from some friends. I had to install the app in order to access the voucher, even though I had no interest in downloading any app. Yet, I ended up downloading it because I had no other choice, and guess what! The voucher doesn’t even work. If it expired two months after we received it, which I find odd, Fever could have at least put the expiry date on the gift card so we know.

Still hasn't improved in the last year and I find super unhelpful that you can't filter by location and date at the same time... Either you spend hours browsing everything that's in London, or you pick a date and type of event but end up getting excited about stuff that's actually on the other side of the country! Please do something about it Devs!! Ridiculous that vouchers and gift cards do not count towards booking fee and they charge you extra for it. Very limited choice of events/locations.

They are a 3rd party booking site and as such when a problem happens you have to jump through hoops to get it fixed. I had to send numerous emails and reach out to customer service several times through 3 sites just to get my time changed on my tour because they made a mistake with the booking company. And it's still not fixed. When it is, I'll adjust that part of the review.

Please avoid Fever at all costs! This company is a scam! I bought concert tickets with Flexible Cancellation at an extra cost per ticket. It says on their website as long as I request the refund at least 48 hours before the event I can claim a refund "no questions asked!" I requested a refund 5 days before the concert. Now they're refusing to honor their own policy and refuse the refund! I’ve tried contacting via email and phone and keep getting the runaround and canned responses. Never again!

Excellent app, very easy user interface which makes finding things like tickets very easy. The only reason I've not given it 5 stars is because I wish they had an option (perhaps by default) that showed the event you was looking for in all cities rather than just one, it would make it so much easier than having to think which cities were close by that may also be showing the event as well. Other than this it's a fantastic app and the customer service is second to none (amazing).
