They ruined everything that made the app good... No more custom algorithm library as well as the custom ones anyone had saved are bugged. Constantly removing and limiting the app bonuses that were obtained via limited edition cube versions. UI is much less intuitive and harder to find things like the algorithm library. Dual cube mode seems to be inaccessible even though the app still mentions it while trying to connect a second smart cube. Really wish they'd return the app to what it was.

Non-Functioning and they took away functions.... To start with I downloaded this app knowing that it had pretty poor reviews already but wanted to give it a try. I found that it worked for what I wanted, an app to help me learn algos and track some times for fun. The last update took that away if they app even functions...and its 100% not my network despite whatever warning shows up. Disappointing to lose a key functions.

They had an update that made it unplayable in the US for a few days. Then the updated installed correctly. But the update made the app worse. The UI changed, it got rid of the algorithm practice feature. And some of the settings just don't work. I keep trying to turn off the solve arrows but it turns itself on

Cannot even sign up. Keep getting connection failed messages when I attempt to get a verification code. Fails on both android and apple devices. Considering returning product because of how terrible the app is. Someone contact me to fix this please. Edit: 6/27/22 it works now. Could not tell you how, but it worked. Anyway, now that I'm in the app, it is actually pretty cool. Terribly unoptomized, and there are lots of features that are poorly explained, but though trial and error I get a lot.

I love the app. My friend is going to get it to! It is fun for everyone. the only thing it needs is games. Games would make the app WAY better. Right now it is a little boring. Games would be a big improvement. And maybe make the xp smoother . The captas are hard to use, and it is difficult to do the scrambles when the screen is not showing the right face.

UPDATE: The app has gotten progressively worse. Required updates on every login that take a long time was just the beginning. Now I can't get past the splash screen at all. I would like to be able to shuffle the cube quickly without having to download updates, login and connect robot and cube to app. It takes too long and too many clicks to get to the point I can shuffle the cube. It's not clear to me yet how this trains me to cube faster. Robot no longer consistently mixes the cube. Waste of $$

App has not worked for about a week. The update did not solve the problem. It doesn't load past the cubestation screen. I emailed support and did not receive a response. The apple version works on my wife's iPad, but, if you don't have an apple device you should probably look at the GoCube instead. Although the Gan cube is better, the gocube app actually works, so if you want a smart cube I'd recommend going with that...

I KNOW HOW TO FIX IT NOT WORKING It does not work to download through the play store, but if you download it through the CubeStation site on your browser, it works fine. Other than that the app itself works pretty well but is not translated all the way. I come across warnings in Chinese, so I can't read what I did wrong in the app. Other than those two things, The app is pretty good.
