I saw a podcast of Vishnu Sir, on youtube. When I joined I was suffering lot of physical health issue but after attending all the session and activities my mind was feel with positive thoughts and got solution on my health problems as well as got knowledge of development of child in womb which has really benefited to me. It's a great application from content point of view, but there are many opportunities to improve app from UI and UX point of view need to be more user friendly and easy accessibility with good performance. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family. Only one star I won't give because there is downloading options still I am unable to download. Rest the Team work is really good and it positivity changed my entire perspective and journey during my pregnancy phase.

Not recommended... Only first session when they introduce packages is engaging. Otherwise it's total waste. Repetitive activities, no follow up and not helpful at all.
