It is actually a great little show but the app doesnt work. I have an annual account I paid for and have rarely been able to watch. Now I'm told I do not have a subscription. I reached out for help via email twice with no response. I like what they are doing but unfortunately, the product is inaccessible and the customer service is nonexistent.

Unfortunately, like for so many others, the app keeps crashing as I proceeded to sign up; it kept giving me the password qualifications, even though the one I typed should've sufficed and made sure both PWs were the same. Then, when I pressed "guest" (because signing up for an account wasn't working), the app immediately crashed each time. 😔 I really want to watch this show because I'm a huge fan of Hartman's work since childhood, but I'll have to use a streaming service to do so.

It's a good app. My kids like it and love the episodes. However I can't give it five stars unless the games are more christ-centered. Maybe put Jesus in some of the games or some scriptures that relate to what the game is about. That would at least set it apart from other worldly games.

I'm annoyed that I paid money for a subscription and the app has crashed and doesn't work. My daughter LOVES the episodes. I wish I could get my money back or at least know if there's anything being done to fix it.

Love the idea for the content, and love the fact your using your gifting for the kingdom, but i am also unable to sign up. Please fix the bugs in the app, so you can reach many families with the Gospel. Praying for your success.

The Light of Tomorrow

I went crazy trying to sign in to this app!!! I am an adult, yes mentally ill but Never in my Life have I experienced something so hard to sign into or create an account for!!! I am very pissed off because I wanted this for Myself. My child is a Grown man and I told him about this because I think it's great for anyone. Now I am like why is it so hard to get into this to watch and as a Guest I couldn't even watch any cartoon episodes. It is Impossible for me to figure out How to make a Account 😡

I downloaded this app to see what it's all about. Butch Hartmans art style really shines through here. This is basically veggie tales in the style of Fairly Odd Parents or Danny Phantom. It's very cool.

After creating an account, I've tried to log in at least 3 times and a prompt says "The username or password is incorrect". It refuses to let me sign in even when the information is correct.
