Have been using 5 Gardena Bluetooth tap timers for a while. They have no screen, as all info/operations are from within the app which I found to be very stable. Only one button to push on/off for manual opp. Very simple and convenient to use. Endures tropical heat well. Uses up 9v battery faster than old style. No idea why it needs location each time. I found it to be a good product.

The app is working OK but connection to mower is poor, takes to much time to get connected. The other point it is not smart enough that the app can't connect to smart house via smartthings, alexa, google or apple .

New app (June 2024) much improved from old rubbish. More stable connection, better user interface, easier troubleshooting. Mower now has fewer failed mows (but still enough to be frustrating). But, mower promised so much and doesn't quite deliver. My robotic vac, now 6 years old, is a much better, more rounded product and was half or a third of the price.

It works for me although the mower does not always respond promptly, but that might rather have to do with the mower's bluetooth receiver itself. I wish there was an option to bypass the daily mowing limit, just like a regular mower can be used as frequently as desired. Also, there should be a mechanism to control the disc rotation. My mower disc rotates just for a couple seconds after every few seconds while I want it to rotate continuously.

Many times there is a stupid fault. Like saying it's upside-down when it's not. Or a real fault that the slope was to steep (but most likely the robot just backed up incorrectly) When the robot has a fault, but it's fine to start, it should be possible to actually start it from the app and not have to go outside to press stop then physical buttons. hate it when there's nothing wrong but you have to go out to start. Please make this an option (even an experimental one, that people have to opt In)

Absolutely lovin my mower. Installed everything back in late January and everything has been running well since. Get the odd error now and then which it's a bit hit and miss as to whether or not it's an actual issue or just a glitch but majority of the time either are pretty simple to resolve. As someone else has previously mentioned, yes an alarm or even just a notification when there is an issue that arises would be a very handy addition. Apart from that, my back lawn has never looked better.

You may be able to develop a decent hardware but this app and your firmware are disastrous. The robot start moving by itself even though I specifically set a standalone session. It ignores the button to go home and just start cutting again. Cannot believe that you not only release it like this but completely incompetent to fix these for over a year. The app may or may not be able to connect to the product. It keeps asking for restarting the robot. This really is a shame.

bought the Moebot on Amazon and set it up pretty easily on the mower but when I tried to install the app it says its not available in my country, Australia. Why!! Can it be used for military purposes to attack people. its a lawnmower for pity's sake. why would it not be allowed. ???
