I do enjoy using the ring and find it to be quite accurate. One suggestion I have is to have an option of tracking sleep for shift workers. For instance i am an ER doctor, and I work different hours of the day, depending on when I'm scheduled. It isn't as helpful to me when this app tells me to try to go to sleep earlier... when I am actively working night shifts. So if there was a way for this to be an option, I think the app would be much more applicable to a wider audience.

Do not use if you value your privacy. Requires uploading your personal data to a random server when all functionality could work entirely offline. And they recently added AI features which should not be within miles of your health data. Overall software experience has never been great and has only been getting worse. I wish I had realized how bad the software is before buying the device.

Hate the new UI. The old one was very clear and easy to read. This new one sacrifices color contrast to look cool. Terrible UX. Now, instead of seeing the differences of sleep, stress, and exercise at a glance, I have to stare to see which shade of blue gray is what. Fire your designer and whoever approved it.

This is one of the better health apps that I've used over the years. Also support has been super responsive when I had questions or an issue and they were already working on that for the next release. So once the new app came out I no longer had the issue when I would forget to turn off the sleep apnea monitoring in the morning.

Wish I had gotten this sooner! It's super responsive and provides accurate data along with your trends. The personal metrics are super helpful in managing your overall health and wellness. I'm still fairly new but appreciate the developer support and communications on enhancements. Wish list: funcyionality to add in a workout, for example Barre/Pilates vs detection. Body weight/BMR is a nice to have. And the ability to sync the data to Google fit (which I use to track my caloric intake).

Not sure if it is because of recent firmware updates, but the ring has been depleting energy really quickly. Previously, I charged once a week, but I find that I now have to do it every other night or whenever I remember. I charged the ring completely and slept with it on to track sleeping data, and the battery percentage fell by 30%. Additionally, I am missing several days of data. The ring used to be pretty consistent, but it has now become unreliable.

The app is ok. Not great. You have to keep it open for any alerts. Descriptions aren't always helpful. It'd be great to be able to have a reading to check my heart beat as it's going. The ring itself sucks. I have a scar on my finger from it, it doesn't read well on any finger but your index, and I cam feel every time it does a reading. Also your finger will glow at night as it takes readings.

The app works well and displays a ton of data, but I have received 0 notifications since installing it several weeks ago. All of my permission and settings allow for notifications, but none are ever sent from the app. Because of this I have to constantly check to see the charge state of my ring. Very inconvenient. Please fix.
