The app does not work at all. It will not connect to the unit. The HVAC company has come back repeatedly & double checked it is connected to our home WiFi. It has been tested on four separate smart devices including Android & Apple and it will not connect. The app is worthless as I cannot connect to the unit to adjust humidity or to see how many hours are left on the unit's filter. Customer service is worthless as well and will not answer calls or call back.

Login fails at least 2 out of 3 attempts. When finally able to access the application it will not let me make changes from my phone (i.e. switching from auto to cycle on the fan). Have to crawl under the house to make changes to the settings which defeats the purpose. Have tried 2 different routers and 2 different brands...same results with both routers. Limited/ weak signal with dehu right underneath router. Would have rather had a non-Wifi dehu that actually performs as advertised...

Can't use the app anymore as it just crashes. Just started in the last couple of days. Granted even before it started crashing it usually wouldn't connect 75% of the time. Edit to developer: thank you for the quick reply. It actually worked the one time I tried it today but all I did was leave it overnight, nothing else different on my phone that I'm aware of.

Updated from 1 to 5 stars for fantastic customer service and issue resolution. Apparently, there were a number of issues in gen one control boards with the new computer controlled dehumidifiers. After calling support and talking to a tech, a new board was sent out. 10 minutes after receiving the board, it was in the unit and everything ran as expected. After nearly two years of struggling with connectivity and stability issues, it's great to finally have reliable functionality.

Terrible. Always problems when trying to open this app. I have uninstalled and installed several times, no luck.

make sure you have a gen 4 circuit board installed or wifi connectivity to this app will be problematic. in two instances a board switch in each unit solved log on issues. posted 4/16/19

Junk..Dont buy MegaDry and GeneralAire dehumidifiers. Installed on new Samsung Note and won't even load. Uninstalled and reinstalled and still had problems on latest Android load...

It doesn't save your units information after latest update. So everytime you have automaticly add the unit to your account just to check it
